RAB Ramblers Return

The RAB Rambling club walking down a gently sloping field in spring sunshine. Visually impaired ramblers are paired with volunteer guides wearing High-Vis vests. Some are using walking poles. A guide dog runs alongside the group. The grass is dappled by shadows of trees.

RAB’s Rambling Club will resume on the 24th May. To ensure the club is Covid-safe we will be making a few changes, including providing an extra minibus and requiring social distancing on the minibuses, requiring ramblers and volunteers to wear face masks on the minibuses, ensuring that all of our staff and volunteers take a lateral flow Covid test and report a negative result before each ramble, and asking our visually-impaired club members to complete a health questionnaire before each ramble.

Pre-Covid ramblers will be contacted by RAB to offer places on the rambles. If you would like to join the Rambling Club please contact or ask your Outreach Worker or Virtual Activity organiser to be added to the waiting list.
